Our summer staff team arrived yesterday, just in time for today's summer heat wave of 105 (it's supposed to be warmer tomorrow...) We praise God for this gifted and diverse team of leaders. Five of them are students who've participated in FUI in the past but are coming back as staff this summer. We've been having some great times together in prayer, an insightful discussion around the ideas of the true/false self, plenty of good food (Vietnamese sandwiches for lunch - YUM!), and lots of necessary discussion about logistics. The team even got to take in a Grizzlies game tonight! This team is motivated and expectant about what God will do this summer - please be praying for us!
